Yes! Each experience offers unique opportunities to connect, reflect and engage while exploring roadblocks to achieving emotional wellness.
We use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) an action-oriented and problem-solving approach that focusses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Utilizing expressive arts to explore emotions, this is a gentle approach to begin changing negative thoughts and patterns into healthier and useful ones in a safe and trusting environment.
Most Cafes are hosted by organization and the event is free. At times, a Cafe may be independently sponsored with a fee.
