Guided by trained facilitators, you will practice small, manageable challenges and nurture a sense of purpose and belonging through shared experiences.

The Espresso Cafe Experience offers a holistic approach toward "creative wellness" though expressive arts to support a healthy mind and body and cultivate and sustained personal growth. Connecting people through self-expression, mindfulness practice and meaningful engagement can reduce stress, enhance self-esteem and improve overall quality of life.
